About
A bistro built on
Siberian tradition.
Chef Mila's grandmother taught her to cook by feel, to knit by the fire, and to never cut corners. That's the kitchen you'll find at Wholly Crepe.
The Founder
Meet Chef Mila
Emiliya "Mila" Hendrix is the mastermind behind every homemade Russian recipe and Siberian crepe at Wholly Crepe. Mila grew up in the Siberian region of Russia, where she learned to cook and knit at a very young age from her mother, grandmother, and aunt.
In 2015, Mila brought her knowledge of Russian cuisine to Tomball, Texas, where she opened Wholly Crepe on Main Street with her husband, Bill Hendrix. Chef Mila and her team specialize in authentic, homemade Russian cuisine.
Siberian blini (crepes) are created just for you and offered in about a hundred different ways. Stroganoff, borscht, stuffed peppers, and cabbage rolls are simply amazing. And dessert? Baklava, pavlova, medovik, and more crepes filled with berries, homemade whipped cream, Nutella, and just about any other sweetness you can dream of.
Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available upon request. One cannot become a mastermind of Russian cuisine and run away from a little challenge.
"The first time I entered Wholly Crepe it felt like home — I could almost hear my grandmother's words: 'Sit down, let me cook something for you.'"

Ten years later, every borscht, stroganoff, pelmeni, and crepe is still handmade by Mila and her team — with the same care her grandmother taught her.

Beyond the Kitchen
Mila knits, too.
Mila learned to knit from her grandmother in Siberia at the same time she learned to cook. Today she handcrafts animal hats, blankets, and scarves on display throughout the restaurant — all for sale, and custom orders are welcome.
