Meet Chef Mila
Emiliya "Mila" Hendrix is the mastermind behind every homemade Russian recipe and Siberian crepe at Wholly Crepe.
Mila grew up in the Siberian region of Russia, where she learned to cook and knit from her mother, grandmother, and aunt. In 2015 she brought her knowledge of Russian cuisine to Tomball, Texas, opening Wholly Crepe on Main Street with her husband, Bill.

Throughout the restaurant you'll find Mila's own hand-knitted and crocheted hats, blankets, and scarves — fun, unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Mila has been knitting since childhood in Siberia.

Common questions
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday from 9am to 8pm, and Sunday from 11am to 3pm. We're open seven days a week and only close on major holidays.
Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver through GrubHub. You can also dine in or call 832-993-9791 for to-go orders during business hours.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Any crepe can be made gluten-free with rice flour for $3 more. All Russian entrées are naturally gluten-free when ordered without egg noodles or bread. Keto-friendly coconut-flour crepes are also available.
What is your signature dish?
Beef Stroganoff — Mila's own recipe with tender beef and sautéed mushrooms in a creamy sauce. It comes with your choice of whipped potato, egg noodles, rice, or grechka (buckwheat). $16.
Can I order a custom cake?
Yes — we make Medovik (Russian honey cake), Napoleon, Bird's Milk, Baklava, and Crepe Cakes starting at $80 for a whole cake. Please give us at least 48 hours notice.
